I enjoy your classes a lot. It definitely helped me to get back on track! I like that you offer these classes at other places other than a gym. You are always on time and ready to start your class and whip us in to shape. I have worked out in gyms during my 20 and early 30's and most recently in my basement. However, the basement work outs aren't enough. Now that I work out with you either during kickboxing or cycling, I can't get enough. I actually look forward to the butt hurting, sweat intensified work out you offer, abs too (sorry Kelli and Michelle, I am a rare one who loves working abs). I also like the small/personalized classes. You know your clients and can gear any exercise to their abilities.

I wanted to let you know, I have enjoyed the last six weeks of cycling. I'm looking forward to Sept classes. You have done an unbelievable job! I am a mom of three that works an extremely stressful full-time job from home. Working out with Dianne has given me so many more benefits that I ever thought. My main goal when I started was to lose weight after having 3 kids. What I received was so much more. I feel I am a better mom for taking an hour each day for myself. I am better at my job and I feel more in control of my life. At the same time my kids are watching what I am doing and I feel that I am setting a good example for them. I look forward to my personal training sessions each week with Dianne. She makes it fun and we have a good laugh. I never thought I would be so strong emotionally and physically in four short months. Thanks Dianne for everything!

You know I told you before how much I love what you have taught me. I know how to exercise now. It used to feel like a long walk was good exercise, now I know I can push myself much harder. I love the kick boxing and spinning classes. I also like how you allow enough time for abs and arms. My husband cracks me up when I tell him how good I think my arms look and he makes me do the "little kid" thing and make a muscle like pop-eye the sailor. Then he squeezes it and laughs, cause his is so much bigger!! I have lost about 14 pounds since Jan and one size, but better than that, my morning blood sugar was down to 87 the other day when I tested. My blood sugar was the main reason I started exercising so much more. I used to be 100 -110 and that is considered pre-diabetic (type 2). Anything under 90 is really good! It feels really good to be healthy again. Of course I still credit you for showing me how to take it up a notch. Bam!!

I've exercised my entire adult life, and realize the impact exercise has on both my physical and mental being. I know I work harder with someone leading the way. Dianne's kick-boxing and cycle classes are the perfect solution. She challenges me physically and mixes up every class, so it's never boring. I enjoy the social aspect I get from a unique group class where I get to know everyone (unlike a club where you're strangers in a room), plus I get the break I need from "mom duties". It's like a GNO with sweat!

YOU'RE AWESOME, BUT I HATE YOUR PUSH-UPS -LOL!!! Seriously, as a result from taking your 6 week kick-boxing class, I truly felt stronger and more toned. You definitely keep the class motivated and pumped-up! I look forward to attending future classes.

Just wanted to give you some feedback on the boot camp. I really enjoyed it, and thought that doing it outside, while warm sometimes, added to the fun! The best part was that I felt like I worked all different areas of my body and I felt much healthier. The only drawback is that I've stopped doing it, and need to get on a new plan somehow! Thanks again for all your help - you made "getting hot" a lot of fun!
