One-on-one personal training
Need one-on-one attention? Need someone to get you back on track? Need a more challenging work out or do you want to improve a sport-specific skill? I can help you be successful in reaching your fitness goals through a customized exercise program for weight loss, strength training, and increasing stamina. Your program will be specifically designed for you based on your individual profile including age, exercise history, fitness level, goals and medical history.
Team training
This package is for you and a friend who would like to train together and share the trainer as well as the cost. Research has shown that when you exercise with someone else, you are more apt to stick to an exercise routine. Not only are you accountable to your trainer, but your partner.
Wedding Preparation
This is a 12 week package that includes 24 sessions. You will commit to two specific days and times each week for 12 consecutive weeks. This is great not only for the bride-to-be, but the mother-of-the-bride and the bridesmaids! Get in shape in time for that very special day and the honeymoon! This workout will include a little of everything, from strength to cardio training.
Small group training
Do you enjoy working out with others and are motivated by working out with a group? Do you know a group of friends that would like to exercise together and looking for a cheaper alternative to one-on-one personal fitness training? If so, small group training is for you! You get many of the same benefits as one-on-one training, but for half the cost! Just contact me to get your group started!
This package consists of 6 sessions, with one session per week. There is a minimum of 5 people and a maximum of 8. The following classes are offered but are not limited to:
Total Body Conditioning (previously Boot Camp) - This program will depend on your current fitness levels and goals. You can usually expect to do a little bit of everything! Walking, light jogging, stability training, strength training, core conditioning, flexibility training, and teamwork challenges are all incorporated.
Cardio Kick Boxing - This is an excellent way to get your whole body into great shape! And while you burn calories, you are releasing a lot of stress. Cardio Kick Boxing involves a wide range of moves, combining various techniques that add up to an impressive workout. This class typically targets all the major muscle groups: abs, legs, buns, arms, as well as your cardiovascular system. If you are new to kick boxing, don’t worry if you feel unfamiliar with the techniques. You are encouraged to progress at your own pace.
Kettlebells - This workout incorporates strength training, muscle conditioning, and aerobic exercise all in one workout. This is ideal for anyone who wants to burn fat quickly, increase flexibility, agility, and mobility, add tone and definition to your body while boosting your energy level. Get results fast for optimum fitness all while reducing stress and tension in your body.
Cardio Sports Blast - A challenging, energy packed class full of variety-kickboxing,sport specific cardio exercises,circuit training and much more.
Yoga/Pilates - A mind-body workout that enhances flexibility, relieves tension & strengthens core muscles. Learn to relax your mind, body, and soul through stretching & breathing techniques.
Butts & Gutts - This class is designed to tone the lower body and abs. If you're looking for results delivered in a fun new way, then you will love this workout.
Healthy Abs & Back - Just exactly what it says. This is a total lower body workout specifically toning and strengthening the buns, abdominals and special consideration of your back.
Spinning & Cycling - A unique (non-impact) indoor stationary cycling program for people of all ages and fitness levels. Specially designed, fixed geared bikes are used to give you a ride of a lifetime!
Step Mix - A step class and then some. Instructors will use step, bands, weights, etc....to burn fat and sculpt those muscles.
Hi/Lo Aerobics - This is a classic floor exercise. High impact and low impact moves are mixed up for lots of options to choose to jump high or just have a light bounce in your step. This class will surely get you moving and have fun doing it!
